Statement Of Faith
We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God, giving a true history
of the creation of heaven, earth, and humanity and containing a correct prophecy of
the ages to come. We believe that there is only one God--the Creator of heaven and
earth, and of all living things. He has revealed Himself to the world as the Father, the
Son, and the Holy Ghost.

Salvation is the deliverance from all sin and unrighteousness through the blood of
Jesus Christ. We believe that salvation consists of the repentance of sin, water
baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the
Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. We are commanded to live
soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world. We must present ourselves as
holy unto God, and separate ourselves from all worldliness.

We believe that in Jesus dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. Therefore,
Jesus, in his humanity, was man; and in His deity, was and is God. He is the only
mediater between God and man. We also believe that Jesus Christ is coming back to
rapture unto Himself a holy people who have accepted redemption through His blood
by water baptism and the in-filing of the Holy Ghost, and who are found faithful
when He comes.

About Us
Temple Of  Praise Community Church
1900 Amarillo Blvd, West

Founders: Bishop H. Stacey II & Mother Billie J. Stacey

In 1999 Bishop Stacey assumed the mantle of leadership as the Founding Presiding
Prelate of the Apostolic Pentecostal Fellowship of Church, Inc. and organized new
and progressive movement for the winning of souls to the Kingdom. He served in
that capacity until his death. His integrity and commitment to biblical principles
inspired others to follow and support him.

It was just the other day that our beloved Presiding Bishop looked beyond the gates
of heaven and beheld the light of his Lord's countenance, as he beckoned him to
cross the river of life and fall into his loving arms in rest.

This he did, and laid down his sword and shield by the river side to study war no
more. His book is now closed and his story ended.

Sleep Bishop, take your rest. We will see you in the morning!!
